Summary: Excellent hotel with only a few tiny flaws. The hotel is close to both tram and bus. It’s clean and functional, and most importantly during the heatwave: the air conditioning works very well. A couple of things in the bathroom could be improved: the mirror is oddly poorly lit, and the sink plug keeps getting stuck. The door to the balcony was also jammed.

Summary: At night sometimes no one is staffing the reception, and so ringing from the outside to get in is useless. Call ahead.

Summary: Easy check in. Room size is enough for 2 people. The cleanliness of the room was decent, it can be improved. Overall, good price/performance ratio.

Summary: An ideal hotel in the heart of Lyon. Room was large enough for 2 people and very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our requests. The hotel has a resto in the premises and good eatery options around it. Tram is close by too.

Summary: I don’t see how this was a four star hotel. The rooms are very small. It was lacking basic things there was no shower cap, no hand cream, no conditioner, etc. in the bathroom, just soap.

Summary: My room was clean and bed was so comfy, great shower. The bus was round the corner and down the road there was the tram and a shopping centre. The staff were a standout.
